Letting AI do the heavy reading

The core skill. Prompts and workflows that turn thousands of links into a short, useful briefing you can act on the same afternoon.
You have a clean list of referring domains. Reading it by hand would take hours. This is where AI earns its place in the workflow.
The trick isn't one magic prompt. It's a short sequence: summarise, then group, then rank. Each step narrows thousands of rows down toward a handful of clear next moves.
Give the model the cleaned columns and ask it to group links by the tactic that earned them, such as resource pages, guest posts, or tool mentions. Patterns are far more useful than individual links.
Once links are grouped by tactic, ask for the three patterns you could most easily repeat, plus a first outreach angle for each. That short briefing is the real output of this whole process, not the giant raw export.
Next module: turning that briefing into links you can actually earn.
